Project Overview
Leading the performance, social, CRM, and creative teams, we developed and launched Catawiki’s hero campaign film to drive brand awareness across key EU markets. The film showcases Catawiki’s diverse product offering and expert-curated auctions, positioning the platform as a unique alternative to mass consumption by celebrating the thrill of the bid. Broadcast across TV and digital channels throughout Europe, the campaign successfully sparked curiosity and boosted platform engagement in key strategic markets.
My Responsibilities
Led campaign strategy and rollout, aligning cross-functional teams around a unified brand vision
Managed budget planning, stakeholder coordination, and agency partnerships
Directed the creative development process, overseeing feedback loops and internal alignment
Collaborated with category teams to curate and secure hero auction items
Supervised multilingual script adaptations for localised rollouts
Co-authored the media plan and managed execution with our media agency.
Deliverables
108 unique film assets with male and female leads for testing, across 3 languages (EN, NL, PT), 3 aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 4:3), 3 durations (15”, 20”, 30”), all versions with & without subtitles for platform-specific use.
