No Reserve Days is Catawiki’s signature activation designed to drive urgency, grow seller participation, and attract new bidders. For 10 days, over 30,000 lots go on auction with bids starting from €1, and with no reserve price. Our task: elevate it beyond a sales mechanic and turn it into a moment buyers and sellers look forward to.
My Role:
End-to-end campaign lead from setup to deployment, including channel strategy across
CRM (buyer + seller), Social, Influencer, PR, and Performance.
Activation Landing Page
Led end-to-end page management across pre-, launch, and post-activation phases. Oversaw creative rollout and backend CMS setup to support 30,000+ lots with bids starting from €1, driving urgency and visibility for Catawiki’s signature quarterly event.
Social
Led organic and paid social strategy to amplify the “bid from €1” message across key categories. Aligned content with campaign KPIs to drive awareness, engagement, and traffic to the activation landing page.
Influencer Marketing
Directed influencer strategy to spotlight the “bid from €1” mechanic, selecting category-relevant creators to build credibility and drive targeted traffic to the activation. Managed briefing, content review, and publishing to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Performance
Set and managed the campaign budget, defining a clear media split between acquisition and engagement objectives to ensure spend was aligned with performance goals. Collaborated closely with designers and media teams to tailor creative assets for each platform, optimising for format, audience, and channel effectiveness.
CRM
Led CRM strategy, planning, and creative development across both buyer and seller segments. Developed tailored messaging and tested multiple headline variations to identify top performers. Executed pre- and post-launch deployments to increase supply, drive engagement and support activation goals.
